If you find it challenging to fall asleep at night, avoid using your phone late at night. The blue light from the screen keeps your mind running and can cause sleep difficulties. All this comes at the expense of long-term health issues.
You could also read a book or listen to podcasts or an audiobook. These might help you doze off early and sleep soundly. Attempt going to bed an hour before you are used to. It allows your mind to relax and may help you fall asleep sooner.
If your work requires you to stay up late, try catching some shut-eye during the day. But do try to get some exercise or outdoor time to refresh your mind and body.
