Body neutrality is based on what your body achieves rather than how it appears. This takes the attention away from control and toward thankfulness. What can your body do for you: take you on exciting walks, embrace your loved ones, eat a delectable meal, and so on.
Body neutrality conveys that our bodies are vessels that, when properly cared for, may transform into bright vessels for life to flow through. This removes the burden of always loving our bodies for so many. While we may not enjoy our stretch marks, we are grateful for our bodies. Through this, we can cultivate happiness, pay attention to our bodies, and meet those needs better.
