Stop eating out. Quit junk food, processed and oily food: all fried food and heavy crabs and alcohol. Cut out sugary drinks and substitute them with water. Or cut fruit-flavored water.
Have a balanced diet of veggies, protein, minerals, with a small quantity of carbohydrates and good fats. Nuts are a good source of good fats; they are also a good substitute for snacking and keeping you full.
Consume lean meats such as chicken and salmon. Limit portion sizes to control your weight and risks of other cardiovascular diseases.
