It’s unbelievable how much time we spend on emails that. Even if your actual workstation is spotless, a cluttered inbox might be stressful. Complex labeling systems are not the method to go. They frequently result in you having to do extra work.
Set your Gmail inbox to Priority mode. Unsubscribe rather than delete subscription emails that are no longer useful. Establish filters for your emails if using Gmail. Instead of categorizing everything, mark any email that requires action as unread and archive the rest.
