ASTROLOGY
We know it all too well. December brings calls of decadence, debauchery, and acute liver damage, with the hope of recovering in the New Year. The first week of January overlooks New Year resolutions by driven individuals, almost certain to make it till the first few months of the New Year. ‘New year, new me’ is the latest trend, as if the resolutions could magically mitigate horrible one-night stands and hangovers.
Most of us view the New Year’s coming as a clean slate given to us. Some people jump on the bandwagon of popular resolutions such as ‘veganuary,’ while others desperately attempt not to drink again, despite the temptations. Some even pay for a premium gym membership while ultimately visiting the gym twice or thrice a year, tops. However, what these instances have in common is the belief that in order to move ahead in life, there are certain vices we must leave at the front door.
Although loyalty isn’t your strong suit, Capricorn, you like to be around people, especially those who like you. We hope that the new year gives you the self-control to stop gossiping about individuals. Although extremely extroverted individuals with an affinity for hard work, learn to cut back from work as well since you probably worked right through the holidays as well.
