MENTAL HEALTH
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder or ADHD is a mental health disorder that can cause unusual amounts of hyperactivity and impulsive behaviors. Those with ADHD may also have trouble paying attention to a single task or staying still for long periods.
Adults and children can have ADHD. Many also experience inattention and energy changes – it often occurs in those with ADHD than those who don’t have it. It can significantly affect their daily life, studies, work, and relationships. ADHD is a diagnosis officially recognized by the American Psychiatric Association (APA).
