As TV shows recover from the COVID setback, fans anticipate what their favorite shows will bring to the table in a post covid world. The expectations behind tentative release days are certainly askew (courtesy of the pandemic), with significant series debuting out of thin air.
Streaming agencies bring back dormant and delayed projects, leaving fans hopeless. Rest assured, fans are excited with curiosities peeking over the most happening TV shows in 2022, whenever or wherever it premiers.
With an almost three-year hiatus, season 2 of the much-awaited Euphoria is back with a bang, with perhaps TV’s wildest high schoolers ever! Reflecting on hard-hitting teenage issues such as drug abuse, body shaming, sexuality, and relationships, this expository series stars Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, Sydney Sweeney, etc.
Starring Jason Bateman and Laura Linney as Marty and Wendy Byrde, Netflix’s infamous series is a fan favorite. The finale of Season 3 baffled viewers with gruesome questions over Ben’s death and Darlene’s intentions.
In Season 4, The Byrnes plot an elaborate escape plan from the Ozark’s money-laundering business. However, threats from the Navarro cartel threaten to impede their goal. The season also has new cast additions – Alfonso Herrera as Javi Elizonndro and Adam Rothenberg as former cop Mel Sattem.

Shonda Rhimes, the director of Bridgerton, told Variety in the past, “There are eight Bridgerton siblings, and as far as I’m concerned, there are eight Bridgerton seasons.” Information about the premiere of Season 2 was revealed in January 2021 and is reportedly based on the sequel, ‘The Viscount Who Loved Me” by Julia Quinn.
It shows Anthony searching for love as he refuses to marry for duty with Simone Ashley (Kate Sharma) as Anthony’s love interest. Although most of the cast will reprise their original roles, Regé-Jean Page will no longer play the Duke of Hastings. Charitha Chandran will play Kate’s sister, and Shelley Conn will portray Lady Mary Sharma.

Easily one of the most anticipated TV shows on Netflix, The Crown depicts Queen Elizabeth II’s reign. The Emmy award-winning series garnered global acclaim and is set to release its fifth installment. Luckily for fans, Netflix confirmed another season.
With the misalliance of Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s marriage in Season 4, the show will uncover their divorce in the 5th season, with Elizabeth Debicki and Dominic West playing the infamous lead couple.
Season 5 switches up its cast members with new additions, including Jonny Lee Miller as Prime Minister John Major, Imelda Staunton as Queen Elizabeth II, Lesley Manville as Princess Margaret, Jonathan Pryce as Prince Philip, and West’s son, Senan as a teenage Prince William. However, it is unclear if the season will touch upon Diana’s death among other political and historical crises.
Stranger Things – Season 4

With Netflix’s trailers leaving fans anticipated, viewers eagerly await Stranger Things’ latest season, especially after the last cliff-hanger. The trailer depicts Mike reading a letter from Eleven, revealing that she is content in California with friends. She also said she is looking forward to meeting Mike and having the “best spring break ever.”
Subsequently, the following scenes of violence, spooky dolls, explosions, and so on leave fans wanting more. Supernatural or not, it is inevitable that there are frightful mysteries to unearth at Hawkins. What does Upside Down have in store for us this time?
All Game of Thrones fan must have marked their calendars for this one. House of the Dragon, a GOT prequel, is set twenty years before and unravels the events of the House Targaryen. Based on George R.R. Martin’s book Fire and Blood, the talented cast includes Paddy, Matt Smith, and Emma D’Arcy. Other notable characters include Jefferson Hall, Steve Toussaint, Eve Best, Rhys Ifans, and Sonoya Mizuno.
Peaky Blinders- Season 6

Helen McCrory, unfortunately, passed away in 2021 after her battle with cancer. The remaining main characters Thomas Shelby, Arthur Shelby, Ada Shelby, and Michael Gray will be reprising their roles. However, some new faces include Amber Anderson, Stephen Graham, and Rebecca Keatley.
