SELF CARE
Your mental well-being is strongly influenced by how you think and the kind of thoughts that occupy your mind. Practicing things to keep your brain active, such as puzzles or studying about a field that interests you, are examples of mental self-care.
Doing tasks that assist you to remain sane well is also part of mental self-care. Self-compassion and understanding, for example, can help you maintain a more positive internal conversation. Reading a book or viewing films that motivate you may help keep your thoughts going.
