K-Pop Stars Who Earned A Living Through Part-Time Jobs Before Making It Big
Soyou
Hyun, a South Korean singer, actress, and television host, goes by the stage name Soyou. She is most known for being a member of the K-pop girl group SISTAR, which debuted in 2010. She was born on February 12, 1992.
Soyou has released many solo singles, duets with famous singers, and the soundtracks to much successful television series and her work with music groups. Because her family was poor, Soyou had to work part-time employment.
Since she was 16, she has worked part-time jobs. Working in a hair salon as a part-time job after earning her hairdresser certificate was one of her part-time employment. Soyou also disclosed that she has worked in practically every other part-time job imaginable, aside from working at a petrol station.
