Our mothers keep suggesting old techniques and information which are very natural; instead, we run to friends and browse through the internet for suitable products to improve our hair. We need to know all the old practices to overcome any problems we are facing regarding our hair.
We need to follow essential and straightforward tips to achieve good hair. It is better to prevent damage rather than have a remedy after damage.
Giving regular hair wash to your hair ensures that your hair and scalp are free of excess oil and dirt. However, the suitable prevalence depends on the hair type you have and your personal preferences.
If you have extremely dry hair and scalp, limit your hair wash to twice a week. In case if you have an oily scalp, washing your hair on alternate days can be a help.
Sometimes it is tough to avoid influencing external factors on your hair. You really can’t control every environmental aspect that damages your hair, but what you can control is the type of shampoos you use. Go for chemical-free shampoos that suit your hair type. The lesser the chemicals in your shampoo, the healthier your hair will be.

The conditioner contains ingredients that make your hair look straight and manageable. It protects your hair from environmental factors and damage from heat styling equipment.
However, the usage of conditioners is significant. It should be applied only to the hair length and not to the scalp. Also, you have to leave it on your hair for a minimum of 15 minutes; make sure to rinse it thoroughly with water after application.
Our hairs are always good with natural elements. Blow drying or using other heating tools will make your hair look beautiful as that of your on-screen idol. But excessive heat styling can damage your hair scalp, and tips of hair creating split ends. Limit the usage of heating tools; use whenever is needed.

It is also essential to know how to apply oil effectively; before using oil on the scalp, it is right to warm oil and warp your hair in a towel. It will help the oil penetrate the scalp and absorb nicely.
Wet hair is delicate and easily prone to breakage. Let your hair dry first, and then use a comb that has a wide-tooth to comb your hair. This kind of comb prevents from damaging your hair.
Using a wooden comb also is excellent for hair care; it prevents friction and hair breakouts.
We all love creating looks by styling our hair. Everyone likes those gorgeous curls or perfect waves. But you can achieve these without using heat on your hair. If you still wish to use a hair spray, curler, straightener, or blow dryer, invest in good heat protectant serum.
Trim your hair every three months once to get rid of dry and split ends. Split ends keep happening when the hair gets damaged due to heat styling, pollution, stress, and the list goes on.
Keeping yourself hydrated is essential for hair and skin. Internal hydration, along with external hydration, is the solution to well-balanced and healthy hair. You may use any product to keep your scalp hydrated; nothing can be a substitute for drinking water.
The natural way of keeping your scalp hydrated is through water alone. You should drink at least 3 liters of water every day.
