LIFESTYLE HEALTH
Having night-owl habits might have significant health consequences. Recent research has found that those who stay up late, irrespective of their lifestyles, have a higher amount of body fat and a higher chance of developing additional health issues.
This includes diabetes and low muscle mass than those who get up early. Choosing to stay up late in the night could lead to poor sleep quality, resulting in bad habits like sedentary behavior, alcohol consumption, and late-night snacking.
As a result, night owls are more susceptible to depression than early birds. Furthermore, most night owls must still follow the limits of our society’s more morning-oriented routine, indicating night owls could sleep late and get up early daily. This can lead to decreased sleep.
